There are three primary groups of beneficiaries of BATC programs:

1. Students and incumbent workers who develop the necessary skills to meet the demand of the present and future workplace.

2. Employers who are able to tap a larger labor pool of qualified applicants for jobs in materials technology and information technology.

3. The Berkshire region as a whole, continuing its growth as a dynamic and vital location for business development and a center of technical excellence.
